Burrrrr, it's cold in these mountains. This morning it was in the 20's with a high in the 50's. I know a lot of you are laughing at me but it should be around 65 this time of year. I'm so glad this artic  front is moving on through in a day or two. How do you people stand living were it so cold for months?

Well now I'm done whining about the weather, I'll  tell you about the new challenge over on the DRS designs blog. This week its Rip Torn. Make sure you link up your car so you can win some stamps.

I stamped the Simple Berry Branch and Warm Wishes onto white card with coco brown and colored it with copic markers the top edge was torn and layered on to card stock.

Hi everyone, have you started to get ready for the holidays? We have bought our first Christmas gift, one down nine million to go, sometimes that is the way it feels. Don't get me wrong Christmas is my favorite time of the year. Just a lot going on this year.

But I do have a Christmas card to share with you today. I used the Cardinal stamp. I really  like this stamp with it's natural feel and old fashion Christmas charm.

The Cardinal was stamp onto white card stock and colored with copic markers. I used a Spellbinder circle die to cut out the tan and brown card stock. I stamped the Merry Christmas Arc with coco ink and the Pine Bough was colored on the stamp with Tombow markers.

Have a wonderful day,

The background strip was  stamped with the Woven Plaid. The Thanksgiving Arc was cut with a circle die. A layer of brown card stock was layered onto a white card.
