Slow Moving Moose


Hi all I hope you are enjoying your Sunday. My card today is a masculine card that could be used for a birthday or fathers day.



 I stamped the Vertical Triple Tree with black ink on yellow card and layered it onto black card. I stamped the Slow Moving Moose with black ink and airbrushed the sky with a Copic marker in Y38. This was layered onto the Triple Tree panel. A Button and embroidery floss was added to the bottom of the card. The finished card is 4.25 x 5.50.

ConGRADulations Challenge #70

Hi all I'm back today with another challenge,this week it's Graduation cards.





For my card I used the Brushed Mortarboard. I stamped the middle one the used a mask to cover it and then stamped the two other ones. These were colored with copic markers and layered onto black card.
I stamped the Vertical ConGRADulations  and layer it onto black card stock. I used the                Graduation Background onto the white card then attached all the layers.

Treasured Memories


Happy Mothers Day everyone, I hope your day is filled with happy blessings.



For my card today I used the Three Flowers With Butterfly. The image was colored with Copic markers and cut out with a Spellbinder Die. I stamped the Mother’s Day Greeting and airbrushed the background this was layered onto gold card. I added some gold card stock strips to the bottom. And used the           Interlocking Flower Background to stamp the purple card the before folding  it into the pinwheel shape and added a flower brad. The finished card is 4.25 x 5.50

Circles Challenge #69


Hi all, today we have a new challenge over on the DRS designs blog. The challenge the week is Circles! Use them any way that you want.



For my car I used the Medium Daisy Bloom, I use shade  of gray to add shadows to the bloom. After fussy cutting the Daisy. I used walnut stain Distress Ink to color the circle that was cut with a spellbinder die. Then layered on to a yellow Lacey Circle. This was layered on to a piece of whit card stock that was stamped with the Easy Dots background stamp and Versa Mark ink then I used Pearle x in Brilliant Yellow. Then I stamped the Get well soon with Tuxedo Black .

You are UNfrog'ettable


Hi all, hope your enjoying your day. I have started a new job, so if I’m a little scattered that’s why at least until I get in the grove. So hang in there I will get everything together soon.




The card that I have today uses DRS designs  Frog Sunbather and the Unfrog’ettable Greeting. The image was colored with Copic markers and cut out with a Spellbinder oval die. This was layered onto a green oval. The Unfrog’ettable was stamped and sponged with Spun Sugar Distress ink, this was layered onto green card. On the pink card stock I punched the stitch marks and used a pink pen for the stitch lines. I added a green ribbon and bow with some half pearls. Everything was attached to a green card.

Butterflies Challenge #68


Hi all, today we have a new challenge for you at DRS designs. And the challenge is Butterflies. So lets see all those beautiful card.



For my card I stamped the Argyle Background with Peeled Paint on a white card. Then I stamped  the Three Butterflies with Memento Tuxedo Black ink and used the largest one. There were colored with Copic markers and fussy cut. I used foam tape to attach them to the card front. The Happy Birthday Greeting was stamped on the card front

A Teacher touches a Heart


Hi all, hope you are enjoying your weekend. It will be the end of school soon and I made this card for my granddaughter’s teacher she has been very special this year and we want her to know how much she is appreciated.



I stamped the Teacher Tools and colored them with copic markers. This was layered onto brown card. The Teacher Touch a Heart Greeting and layer that the same way. This was layered onto red card that was sponged and stitched around the edge. A brown layer was added then everything was attached to a white card. I added a brass swirl to the image layer.
