Photo: Who is Cody Jones? He's a famous person in a small town called Jasper. He is a living miracle. Given only 6 months to live when born. At 6 weeks old he had open heart surgery and was diagnosed with Vater Syndrome & Chiari Malformation. He's had numerous surgeries his whole life including numerous ones on his hands. His mom told me he has VSD which means he has holes in the the wall of the heart. However, Cody has a BIG heart for everyone in Pickens! He was voted most memorable by his senior class this year too!!!! Won't you make his Christmas special this year by sending him a Christmas card? Share this photo as many times as possible and let's fill up his mailbox. I'd love to get a letter from all 50 states for him. Cody has many friends that help him read the letters. So, go ahead....send those letters!!!!!
